This bugfix ensures that a conveyor takes into account not only the fact a stat is expected on a given element, but the stat actually being present.

Consider a statless lion. In ZZT 3.2, such a lion will disappear upon encountering a conveyor; assuming this extension is present, such a lion should be correctly moved.
